Entro Showcases Digital Experiential Design at ACI North America 2025 in Toronto
The Airports Council International (ACI) North America Conference and Exhibition is one of the aviation industry’s leading events, bringing together airport executives, planners, designers, and technology innovators from across the continent. Each year, the conference serves as a forum for exploring how design, data, and digital innovation can enhance operations and elevate the passenger experience.
This year’s event, held in Toronto from October 26–28, 2025, focused on the evolving role of technology in shaping smarter, more connected airport environments. For Entro, whose work bridges environmental, experiential, and digital design, it was a unique opportunity to showcase our growing contributions to the aviation sector.

On the exhibition floor, Entro partnered with Omnivex (data and content management software), Nanolumens (digital display hardware), and BrightSign (media player technology) to create a collaborative installation that demonstrated how curated digital experiences can transform airport environments.
Our creative team developed custom digital content for the show, blending retro airline graphics, archival video, and motion design to celebrate the history of air travel while highlighting the potential of contemporary digital storytelling.
This resulted in a dynamic showcase of how digital media can support wayfinding, enhance communication, and enrich the overall passenger journey — earning enthusiastic feedback from airport staff, vendors, and conference attendees alike.

Our experience in the aviation sector continues to grow through projects that help shape how millions of passengers navigate and connect across the world.
In North America, Entro has led wayfinding and experiential design programs for Charlottetown Airport (PEI), Chicago O’Hare International Airport (Illinois), Memphis International Airport (Tennessee), Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (Wisconsin), and Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (Minnesota) —amongst others — the latter recently recognized for passenger satisfaction by ASQ and J.D. Power.
Beyond North America, we are proud to be leading the wayfinding and signage strategy for Changi Airport Terminal 5 in Singapore — one of the largest and most ambitious airport developments in the world. When completed, T5 will strengthen Changi’s position as a leading global air hub, capable of handling up to 50 million passengers annually. The wayfinding system developed by Entro focuses on clarity, consistency, and flexibility, supporting both intuitive navigation and the terminal’s state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Entro also co-hosted a networking event with AirBiz (Aviation Master Planning Consultants) at Toronto’s Harbourfront, bringing together aviation and design professionals for engaging conversations and new connections.
