The DesignTO Festival is one of Toronto’s signature design events. It engages nearly two hundred thousand Torontonians, visitors, and creatives in public programming and design activations. Emerging talent and established names showcase their work, sharing ideas, energy and creativity across the city.
Entro is proud to have sponsored DesignTO again this year. We see investing in creative communities as a responsibility, helping people understand the value and potential of design while also building connections between the broader public and artists. This year we supported the DesignTO Youth Program and offered our waterfront windows for artist Jenny San Martin to showcase her work.
Investing in the Next Generation of Designers
Supporting the DesignTO Youth program allows Entro to contribute to pathways that connect equity deserving youth with designers, artists, and cultural organizations across Toronto. Through sponsorship, we help provide access to mentorship, hands on workshops, and opportunities for young creatives to present their work as part of the DesignTO Festival. Supporting this program reflects our belief that design education, exposure, and professional guidance are essential to building a stronger and more inclusive design community.
Window Installation: min/max by Jenny San Martin
As part of the 2026 festival, Entro made three waterfront windows at our Harbourfront Centre location available for min/max, an independent installation by Montreal based textile designer Jenny San Martin. The work transformed our windows into a public exhibition space, inviting passersby to engage with questions of pattern and materiality outside of a traditional gallery setting.
A Continued Commitment to the Design Community
Together, this work represents an ongoing approach to design engagement that extends beyond individual projects. By supporting emerging voices, sharing space, and participating in citywide cultural initiatives, Entro contributes to a design culture that is generous, outward facing, and rooted in the public realm.
