As Creative Director at Entro, Michelle brings over 10 years of design experience to the team, specializing in signage and wayfinding systems, donor recognition and interpretive graphics. Focusing most recently in the airport and education sectors with projects such as MSP Airport, Princeton University, McMaster University Hatch Centre, Sobeys Corporate Headquarters and Metropolitan Museum Plaza, Michelle has an appreciation of the particular needs for travelling exhibit graphics, modular signage and graphic systems, as well as the requirements for graphic elements designed for permanent institutions. She has an understanding of all project stages from concept design through to installation, and has a facility for organizing content and communicating complex messages and ideas.
Prior to joining Entro, Michelle worked on such projects as The Schad Gallery of Biodiversity: Life in Crisis (Royal Ontario Museum), Creatures of the Abyss (trilingual travelling show with Science North).
Michelle is fully conversant with all ADA regulations as well as the Principles of Universal Design as applied to Science Museums due to her work on The Museum of Nature and Science in Las Cruces, NM and one of Canada’s oldest museums, the Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa, ON.
