A 1900’s complex of warehouses used in the tobacco industry, this 7 acre campus was converted to be one of Durham, North Carolina’s hottest live-work-play destinations. The event scene at Golden Belt is rich with unconventional art exhibitions, live music, theater, and great local cuisine drawing a blend of people around a dense arts energy.

Entro designed the site identification and wayfinding signage utilizing design vernacular that reinforces the historical industrial context.

Golden Belt attained LEED Gold certification in 2009, recognized for its sustainable green features. At that time it was the largest all-historic Gold-certified campus in the U.S. Southeast.
