Research: The Science Behind Design

Entro announces the addi­tion of new Strat­egy and Research Services. Research will take a deeper role to support design at Entro at three key phases – as Input to Design, Proof of Concept, and Post Imple­men­ta­tion.

Mary Newman has joined Entro to lead the new divi­sion and brings over 25 years expe­ri­ence special­iz­ing in research, strat­egy, and inno­va­tion. She is an expert facil­i­ta­tor, Certi­fied Market Research Profes­sional, and earned an MBA at the Rotman School of Busi­ness at the Univer­sity of Toronto. Mary has worked for a full range of Fortune 500 clients across North Amer­ica and has devel­oped brands in the public realm rang­ing from trans­porta­tion systems, cities and districts, sports and enter­tain­ment venues, cultural resources, health care facil­i­ties, and other public places.
