
Entro announces the addition of new Strategy and Research Services. Research will take a deeper role to support design at Entro at three key phases – as Input to Design, Proof of Concept, and Post Implementation.
Mary Newman has joined Entro to lead the new division and brings over 25 years experience specializing in research, strategy, and innovation. She is an expert facilitator, Certified Market Research Professional, and earned an MBA at the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto. Mary has worked for a full range of Fortune 500 clients across North America and has developed brands in the public realm ranging from transportation systems, cities and districts, sports and entertainment venues, cultural resources, health care facilities, and other public places.
