Trans­for­ma­tive Design for RIT

For the new home of the RIT Tigers hockey teams at the Gene Polis­seni Center, Entro designed a compre­hen­sive signage program that incor­po­rates RIT’s colours and tiger brand.

Abstracted and sliced into shift­ing verti­cal strips, these graphic elements create the illu­sion of move­ment in delight­ful, surpris­ing ways.

RIT’s Sports Hall of Fame honours current (and future) inductees in a contin­u­ous origami-style plate that alter­nates between tiger stripes and inductee panels. The result is a dynamic faux-lenticular effect that shifts depend­ing on view­ing perspec­tive.
