From ancient Greece through to the present, Udo traces how social, cultural, political, and geographical factors have impacted how sparsely or abundantly colour has been applied to built environments in the West. He also shares his thoughts about the role of colour on our psychological experience of a space, and the challenges we face in applying colour to architecture today.
