Entro Wins Two Branding Awards from Graphis

We are pleased to announce Graphis Merit Awards for our identity work for the Toronto Financial District and Cityscape Displays. When creating identities, Entro looks for solutions that are timeless, flexible and unique.

The Toronto Financial District identity represents the essence of the Financial District by recreating the perception of looking upwards at the four high-rise office towers located at the intersection of Bay and King. The sky, or white space, conveys the idea of a star, suggesting excellence, quality and achievement.

For Cityscape Displays, an outdoor advertising company, the triangular form of the identity is at once a singular banner, and a series of street banners seen in perspective. The capital ‘I’ in ‘CITYSCAPE’ imitates this form, allowing for a subtle connection between the Cityscape word mark and symbol.
