Role Overview:


In your role as a Chief Growth Officer, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, navigating with foresight, adaptability, and a strategic mindset. As a part of your responsibilities you will provide direction, exploring uncharted opportunities, and uncovering new horizons. Leading the BD and marketing team, you will craft innovative strategies aligned with our company’s growth objectives. Your pivotal role and responsibilities will be to ensure that our marketing efforts are strategically aligned with broader business objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth and bolstering our brand’s success, with a critical focus on expanding our presence in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive BD and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Entro’s vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Define, plan, and execute innovative, results-driven BD/marketing programs to support our global growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Partners, Associates, Studio Directors, Creative Directors, and senior staff to bolster BD goals and align BD efforts with the company’s overall sales targets.
  • Guide, train, and expand the USA sales team – Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, with a focus on cost-effective strategies that maximize the return on investment for all marketing and BD initiatives.



Revenue Generation and Partnerships:


  • USA Market Expansion: Develop and strengthen our USA presence. Work in close collaboration with the Partners and executive team to evaluate and prioritize market prospects, with a strong emphasis on enhancing our team and operations in the
  • USA to drive growth and expand our footprint in the USA market.
  • Implement an integrated and comprehensive approach across all channels and sectors to formulate strategic and tactical plans for achieving target revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and establish partnerships with external organizations, clients, design associations, and community groups.
  • Identify and actively pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with Entro’s long-term growth plans.


Brand Management:


  • Define and uphold Entro’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Steer the strategic direction of our brand, ensuring uniform messaging and identity.
  • Utilizing our social media platforms and other online and market wide promotional platforms


Team Management:


  • Work with the Partnership team, in their roles as ambassadors, relationship managers, speakers, etc.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, inspiring and mobilizing the BD/marketing team to achieve sales/revenue growth across all channels and sectors.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, establish clear goals, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Promote cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure alignment across all offices (US and Canada).
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, client preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes, track key performance indicators, and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.




  • Strategic and commercially minded, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in BD and marketing, including a minimum of 3+ years of global BD/marketing leadership experience.
  • Have proven and relatable knowledge of US markets and dynamics, in addition to a global mindset that includes awareness of global trends
  • A natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously bringing fresh ideas on BD, growth, and industry trends (a builder-maker mentality).
  • Proven experience as a strategic leader in business development, with a track record of successfully scaling and expanding businesses.
  • Excellent at working collaboratively across teams, building relationships, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional organizations and possess a strong ability to influence and drive results.
  • Ability to think and operate at a “strategic level” while also driving execution on a “tactical level” with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Ability to travel and/or work in the USA and Canada
  • Working experience in the AEC industry (an asset).
