Entro's wayfinding and environmental graphic system for Ryerson University clearly demarcates the campus boundaries within a busy downtown landscape, connects the various buildings, and carries the Ryerson brand seamlessly through the space.
The comprehensive design solution encompasses street banners, directional signage, building and room identification signs, and electronic bulletin displays.
For the Student Learning Centre (SLC), architecture by Snohetta, we adorned the main entrance with the RU logo in a neon inspired installation that is a nod to the former iconic 'Sam The Record Man' sign.
Ryerson also received a grant from Ted Rogers to elevate and position its business school as a competitive international player in the global marketplace. Entro designed the exterior signage system to give the facility a distinctive image while maintaining a consistent feel with the established signage system Entro previously designed for the entire urban campus.
